CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy
Fly Fishing Nassau - Fishing Charters/Wading Excursions

Nassau, Bahamas



  • Cancellation 2 days (48hrs) or more prior to scheduled excursion will receive a Full Refund. *Subject to a 10% service charge


  • Cancellations 1 day (24hrs), will not be issued any refund

  • Cancellations the same day as excursion, will not receive a refund and you will be responsible for full excursion price



‘Late arrivals’ and ‘No-Shows’ are considered to be cancellations - NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED and you will be responsible for the full amount of the remaining excursion balance.

*No refunds or adjustments will be made for any portion of your tour not utilised

Cancellations & Refunds Due to Bad Weather


If, in the case Fly Fishing Nassau cancels due to un-chartable weather and are not able to reschedule you for another day, a rescheduling credit will be issued to the charterer valid up to 1 year on an excursion of equal or lesser value.
Un-chartable weather is typically the result of (but are not limited to) small storms, small craft advisory warnings, strong winds and/or large swells.



Cruise Ship Itinerary Changes

If your cruise ship itinerary changes and prevents you from participating in your excursion, notice must be given before the excursion with a Fly Fishing Nassau team member for you to receive a full refund.

*All refunds we process over $100 will be subject to a 10% service charge.



No Refund Will be Given for the Following Reasons:

- No-Show - If you, or a member of your party, does not show up you will be responsible for the full amount.

- If you, or a member of your party, shows up late and/or is not able to participate in the excursion you will still be responsible for the full amount.

- If you, or a member of your party do not cooperate with the reasonable request of the crew member(s) on board when it comes to safety requirements, smoking on board, or disorderly conduct which requires the excursion to end prematurely.

Upon cancellation, we kindly ask that you provide us with:

Charterers Full Name

Scheduled Date/Time of Charter
Reason for Cancellation (optional)




*Once you have completed the booking process, you will receive an email with a booking confirmation. We kindly ask you to print this out and present it the day of the excursion for ‘Proof of Reservation’.*
